about

Free Yourself, Asbest, Kobayashi, Daddy Longleg, and Sawn Off were some of the artists performed at Libertarian Days 2001 in Dusseldorf.

The venue was AK 47 at Kiefernstraße.

Due to a car accident the band "Petrograd" had to cancel their gig. But for sure they were part of "Libertarian Days". On this compilation, there are no live songs, but some studio or home recording.

Resolution:

We, the 400 participants of the "Demonstration for Anarchy" and the "Libertarian Days" in Duesseldorf ("Germany") salute you.

We salute you, the tens of thousands of people who are taking to the streets all over the Americas this weekend to express their anger at the daily capitalist misery and at the FTAA meeting of the political administrators of this system in Quebec.

They will try to silence your actions, to prevent you from taking action, to beat you up and lock you up. But they will not get through. There is no place left in this world where the self-appointed masters of this world can meet and do their dirty business undisturbed. "Capitalism cannot be reformed" we read on the leading banner in Quebec.

Today we carry a banner with the same slogan on our "Demonstration for Anarchy". Capitalism is not reformable, not here, not in the Americas, nor in any other place in the world. Capitalism is spelled the same all over the globe: Misery, exploitation, domination and destruction. A world without exploitation and oppression, a good and dignified life for all, can only exist beyond capitalism. In this sense we call out to you here and now: For a life of freedom and prosperity for all, for anarchy, for libertarian communism!
Smash the FTAA!
